An extra bed can be added in the rooms with king bed. As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure that the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel consistently delights its guests, we will be undergoing a period of product enhancement as of May 05th, 2007 till November 20, 2007. We will be soft-refurbishing all of our guest rooms and will therefore refurbish one floor per month, starting with the 1st floor. Please rest assured that the noise level will be kept to a minimum and the daily work development time will be from 09.00am to 06.00pm. In line with our ongoing soft refurbishment, our Swimming Pool will be closed from the 25th of September until the 10th of October 2007. For this period we have arranged the use of the swimming pool in one of our sister hotel’s, Rihab Rotana. Scheduled bus transfers to Rihab Rotana have been arranged. We would like to ask for your kind understanding of any inconvenience that may arise during the construction period. All our other hotel services are fully operational. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged AED 120.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. 10 % service charge per stay is not included. 10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 120.00 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs AED 90.00 per person.
