Original Valid ID (Passport/National ID/UAE Drivers License/UAE labour card or Free Zone Identity card) required from guest upon check-in. Any accompanying persons or visitors to the room must also supply valid ID.

Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged AED 100.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. 10 % service charge per stay is not included. 10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.
Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 15.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
