The restaurant, rooms and public areas are accessible by wheel chairs. The hotel entrance has a ramp. We don't have special rooms for the disabled. An extra bed can be added in the Double Rooms and Suite.

The medium sized rooms are appointed with modern fixtures and fittings. Room facilities include an individually controlled air conditioning, electronic card locking system and telephone with voice mail & I.D.D. The bathrooms are clean and average in size.

The hotel has one main restaurant, offering an International cuisine. There are also three bars: an Arabic, Pilipino and Persian bar. 24 Hours room service is available.

The Delmon Hotel is located in Deira, just off Rigga Road. Centrally located near Al Qurair Shopping Mall and entertainment districts, the hotel is also only a 5 kms drive from Dubai International Airport. The hotel is located 10 minutes away from the city centre and at 5 minutes from Bani Yas Square.

The nearest airport is Dubai International Airport. There is no airport shuttle to the hotel. The nearest bus stop/station is Riqqa bus station, at 2 minutes walking distance from our hotel. In the future there will be an underground station as well. By car: Easy access from al Maktum Road as well as Riqqa Road. Behind Sadaf restaurant. Our hotel has its own parking garage.

The Delmon Hotel is a good value 4 star accomodation, located in the city and popular with both the business and leisure travellers. Additional features include a fully equipped ladies & gents health club, sauna, jacuzzi and a roof top swimming pool.

We require a payment deposit upon arrival. Travel Cheques are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AED 25.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged AED 100.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. Service charge is included.
