Golden Sands Hotel Apartments are situated centrally and very close to shopping centres, banks, consulates & exhibition centres. The beach is also close by.

All Rooms include a kitchen with cooker/hot plate, fridge, washing-machine, cutlery, crockery. We also provide a complimentary bottle of water and a welcome-pack to make tea/coffee. Daily Housekeeping is also provided.

Guests can reach the hotel by taxis easily available at the airport. Please note that our apartments are located in different buildings, all in the same block. Studios & Two-Room Studios are in Golden Sands building No 3 which are close to Standard Chartered Bank, Mankhool Street, Bur Dubai. 2 Bedroom apartments & 3 Bedroom apartments are in Golden Sands building No 10 which is near Bur Juman Centre, Trade Centre Road, behind the New Spinneys.

If the hotel cannot get pre-authorisation on the guests' credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. 5 % service charge per stay is not included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs AED 45.00 per person.
