If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. 10 % service charge per stay is not included. 10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs AED 40.00 per person. Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed.
