Being a pure Sharia Compliant family hotel, unmarried couples are not allowed to stay in the hotel as well as no guest is allowed to use or bring alcohol inside the hotel premises. The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival: - AGCC country visa holders (certain designations only) - France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia. If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
