Please note that the property will be carrying out a renovation of some of our public areas from 7 June 2016 until 24 October 2016, which will include the temporary relocation of some areas as follows:
•The lobby, elevator area and Lobby Lounge from 7 June 2016 to 5 September 2016. During the renovation of our lobby, guests will be personally escorted to our dedicated check-in area on level 3 of the hotel.
•Our all-day dining restaurant, Dunes Café, from 10 September 2016 to 24 October 2016. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed on Level 9 during this period.
•Shang Palace will be closed from 7th June – 5th August, as it will be impacted by the lobby renovation process. During this time, our guests have the option to dine at our authentic Vietnamese restaurant, Hoi An; our all-day dining international restaurant, Dunes Café; or at the popular Indian restaurant, Junoon.
Construction work will only be permitted during the hours of 10:00 to 18:00 and only on week days. The property will be going through renovation works from Tues 07 Jun 2016 until Mon 24 Oct 2016. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.
